    email or by phone at any time. The Mexican Embassies /Consulates and the  INM  
    National Institute of Immigration are two  different government  agencies,  one issues
    the visa and the other the card.

    TEMPORARY MEXICO RESIDENCY  STATUS: Authorizes a foreigner (Non Mexican)  to
    reside  in  Mexico for 1, 2, 3 or 4 years with the possibility of obtaining a work permit
    with multiple entries ,  subject to a job offer.

    STEPS TO  APPLY FOR TEMPORARY MEXICO RESIDENCY VISA/CARD:

    STEP 1: Apply for  Temporary Residency  Visa in the nearest Mexican Consulate or
    Embassy where you reside

    STEP 2:  Once approved by the Mexican Consulate or Embassy  you must  apply for the  
    Temporary Resident card in  the corresponding Mexico Immigration office (INM) where
    you will reside.

    Who qualify for Temporary Mexico Residency Status?
  1. Applicants  with  ties to Mexican Citizens  or foreigners (Non Mexican) residing in
    Mexico with  temporary  or permanent residency status
  2. Applicants with job offer;  stating the occupation, physical address,  temporarily
    and proof of future employer ID registration number within Mexico Immigration
  3. Applicants whom own Mexico, real estate
  4. Applicants who  can proof a monthly NET  income of about $1,500.00, U.S.    
  5. Applicants who can proof investments or bank accounts averaging $25.000.00,
    per month

    STEP 1 PROCESS:  apply for Mexico Visa outside Mexico service includes the

  10. Orientation how to exit Mexico, if you need to come to U.S.A,  while you application is in

  11. Step by step orientation in writing and by phone how to file your application

    Temporary  Resident Card  Process time is about 3 to 4 weeks and the cost for one
    year  is about $3,519.00, MEXICO CURRENCY,  payable via direct  cash deposit on
    behalf of INM IMMIGRATION,  in any Mexican banks.


    Service  fee  for Temporary Residency paperwork preparation and advise  is $250.00:   $125.00,
    dollars non refundable deposit is  require  to start the process and the balance when you are
    approved in the Mexican Consulate in USA
